I treat cooking like an art form
Cooking is an art form in my eyes—an expression of who I am. I want every dish to give you a glimpse into my world through flavor, technique, and thoughtful simplicity.
I’ve built my craft through training and real kitchens
I trained at Humber Polytechnic in the Culinary Management diploma program, and I also completed an internship at the Old Mill. Those experiences shaped my standards, my organization, and the way I approach service in both restaurant and private settings.
I keep my philosophy simple: ingredients first
My “secret” in the kitchen is to pick the best ingredients and do very little to them. I focus on clarity, balance, and letting quality products speak for themselves.
